Bringing vocational educators/trainers together in a transnational training environment is always beneficial for the educators/trainers involved as these events provide an opportunity for them to interact with their counterparts in other Member States and develop understanding of the vocational and sectorial landscape in other countries. When the topic of the training focuses on:

  • Upscaling farmers’ skills on the pillars of sustainable agriculture, entrepreneurship, funding opportunities and soft skills • Advanced VET learning methods and techniques
  • The implementation of the updated ECVET, ECTS and Micro-credential approach in validating learning outcomes
and taking into consideration the European and worldwide strategies and initiatives that farmers should comply with- Agenda 2030, the SDGs and the EU Green Deal-a transnational perspective is particularly relevant and the opportunity to share best practices and knowledge must be taken.
